Can I select my own products?
We have customers who like to select from our entire range and some who like to choose products ideal for school children. Please discuss when you place your fundraising order.
Do the boxes come pre-mixed? 
Our Thomas Chipman and Hole-Sum snacks are delivered in whole boxes (e.g. 24 Pretzels in one box). The fundraising group mix the snacks upon delivery....once mixed, the boxes are ready to start fundraising.
 Our Springhill Farm Boxes are already pre-mixed. You can choose to have the standard variety mix, or you can choose to have Gluten-free items only or Non-Nut* items only.
*Please note that Non-Nut products may inadvertently contain traces of nuts and are labelled strictly in compliance with Australian State and Federal Food Laws.
Are your products Nut-Free?
Our Thomas Chipman branded products are produced in a completely nut-free factory environment. They are also Gluten-free.
Other Snacks: All other products are strictly labelled in compliance with Australian State and Federal Food Laws.
What is the lead time?
Since our products are made fresh to order, we require orders at least 2-4 weeks prior to delivery date. So book your order in as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Thomas Chipman and Holesum products have a Minimum Order Quantity of 12 boxes. Springhill Farm products have various minimum order quanities from 12-20. See product description in price table.
What are the freight charges?
Reasonable freight charges apply to all orders. For Metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane there is flat freight charge no matter how many boxes your order. For all other areas we will happily quote freight costs to you upon application. Please phone us on 1300 276 204 or fill in our Enquiry Form.
Why do we charge freight?
When you choose to buy from us, you are choosing to buy from Australian owned family businesses, and you are choosing to support the Australian economy and Australian employment. We offer quality snack food at a very low wholesale price. To be able to offer this very low wholesale price, a reasonable freight cost must be charged to the purchaser.

What is the shelf life of the snack food?
Thomas Chipman snacks have a shelf life up to 4-6 months | Hole-sum snacks have a shelf life of up to 8 months | Springhill Farm biscuits and slices have a shelf life of 4 months.
What are the payment terms?
We are proud to offer NO UPFRONT COSTS to Australian Schools, Kindergartens and Australian Government organisations with Payment due 30 Days from your delivery date.
For all other organisations, payment is due upon or within a few days of placement of order.
Payment is accepted via cheque, direct deposit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard - Please note a 2% surcharge applies for credit card payments for Yarra Valley Snack Foods). Please do not send cash in mail. Payment is made to either Yarra Valley Snack Foods Pty. Ltd. or Springhill Farm depending on the products you order.
Can I order both Thomas Chipman products and Springhill Farm products?
Yes you can. Your orders will be separate orders and minimum order quantities apply.
