Footy Fever Day

Kids love dressing in their favourite footy club colours. 

You can take this school fundraising idea a step further and give each child a healthy snack as well.  Ask each child to bring $2.00 for this healthy school fundraiser (the price can be lower depending on the profit you wish to make).  Paying the $2 entitles the child to dress up in their favourite footy team colours and they also receive a healthy snack at lunch time. e.g. Packet of Organic Splendid Cheese Corn Chips.   

Some other suggestions include: 

Ask the PE teacher to conduct a Whole School Exercise Session whilst at assembly on this day or perhaps organise a school sports activity which involves the whole school on the day.  Cut up some oranges and pass them around on the field as well.
